Morocco and Kazakhstan visa exemption takes effect for ordinary passports

Morocco says its visa exemption agreement with Kazakhstan entered into force for ordinary passport holders on March 19, 2025.

Morocco's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on February 28, 2025 that the visa exemption agreement with Kazakhstan would take effect on March 19, 2025.

The announcement states that the agreement applies to ordinary passport holders of Morocco and Kazakhstan. It does not list the maximum stay, passport validity requirement or all entry conditions on the announcement page.

Kazakh travelers should therefore confirm the detailed implementation rules and any border requirements with the relevant Moroccan authority before relying on the exemption for a trip.
