South Korea pauses group eVisa review during September and October holidays

South Korea's visa portal says group electronic visa reviews will pause on specified public holidays and asks eligible agencies to submit applications in advance.

Korea Visa Portal published a notice on September 10, 2026 about group electronic visa processing around public holidays in September and October.

The notice says group eVisa reviews will not be conducted on September 24, September 25, October 5 or October 9. Designated travel agencies arranging group applications for Chinese travelers must allow the stated processing lead time before departure.

This is an operational processing pause, not a change to the underlying visa eligibility rules. Group travelers should submit complete applications early and confirm the schedule with the designated agency handling the application.
